Help founders who need exactly what you know.

Tell us what you can offer. Circuit introduces you to founders who need it, with the reason and a mutual connection where there is one.

How it works

  1. 01

    Say what you can offer

Pick from a fixed list of skills and topics. Add what you would like help with too.

  2. The Daily Drop in the Circuit app: a person to meet, with the reason they match you and an Intro me button.

    02

    See why someone matches

Each introduction shows the reason before you decide anything.

  3. An exchange circuit in the Circuit app: a ring of three people, what you give and what you get, and Accept and Decline buttons.

    03

    Join a circuit

Three people, each helping the next. Nothing starts without your yes.

What mentors see

People who need what you know, circuits that need your yes, and the conversation that starts it.

  • The People tab in the Circuit app: people near you matched on skills, each with their role and how well they match, including a Bridge match.
People: matched on skills, not job titles.
  • An exchange circuit in the Circuit app: a ring of three people, what you give and what you get, and Accept and Decline buttons.
Circuits: three people, each helping the next.
  • A conversation in the Circuit app where a mentor offers to introduce you to someone who can solve the problem you mentioned.
A conversation that leads to a warm introduction.

Everyone gives one thing and gets one thing

A circuit is three people in a loop. Nobody is asked to give without getting, and nothing starts until all three have said yes.

Example

  1. A marketer

    Gives marketing help

    Gets help with fundraising

Then on to the next person.

  2. A founder

    Gives hiring advice

    Gets marketing help

Then on to the next person.

  3. A mentor

    Gives fundraising advice

    Gets hiring advice

Back to the marketer: the loop closes.

Questions

How much time does it take?

You set how many introductions you accept each week, and you can turn it off any time. A circuit asks for one specific favour, and you have 72 hours to say yes or no.

Can I say no?

Yes. Every introduction and every circuit needs your consent.

Does Circuit cost anything for mentors?

No. Mentors use Circuit for free.

Do I need to be verified?

You can start with an email address. Verifying a work email adds a badge that helps founders trust a request from you.

What do you do with my data?

We use it to match you. We never sell it, and you can export or delete it any time from Settings.
